Our Company

Welcome to Floorteck Flooring, a locally-owned and run business started by brothers Jamie and Jason Sadler. We’re the team to call for professional domestic and commercial flooring installations in Berkshire and the surrounding areas.Before we set up Floorteck, my brother Jason and I amassed over twenty years of experience in domestic and commercial flooring between us. During this time, we were both trained by and worked for some great companies – some of them household names. Soon after we went into the trade, we both knew that we wanted to start up our own flooring company. Whatever we did, it would have to be better than all the others. We wanted it so that no customer of ours ever felt anything other than that the we work we did for them was excellent and we treated them in exactly the right way.

It’s your vision what you want for your floors

You know what you want for your home or your business premises. It could be carpets, laminate, luxury vinyl tiles, sheet vinyl, engineered wood, carpet tiles, latex screed or astro turf. When you’re in a showroom, it can sometimes be difficult to select the exact right type of flooring to go with your furnishing and your décor.So Floorteck invested in its own mobile showroom – we bring samples to you at your home or office so you can develop and finalise what you want in familiar surroundings and in natural light.When we’re with you, please feel free to discuss with us your living style and any other ways you want to decorate your home. We’ll do everything we can to help you make the right choice for your flooring.

Having fitters working at your home or office can be stressful. So it’s our job to take as much of that stress as possible. Before starting work, we’ll discuss in-depth with you dates and times. We’ll give you informed estimates for how long your work will take. In the vast majority of cases, we more than keep to time. When we’ve finished the installation, we’ll ask you if you’re happy with what we’ve done. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know what we need to do and we’ll do it. When you’ve signed off your installation, we’ll always tidy up after ourselves. This is very important because when we’ve left, we want you to enjoy your new flooring straight away. We treat each customer’s homes or offices as if it were our own. Each team member delivers a service they would want to receive themselves.
